The AITIM Quality Certification aims at certifying that the products manufactured and the services supplied by the timber industry meet the specifications established by the UNE regulations.

If there were no UNE regulations, compliance refers to the specific requirements approved by the Board of Directors of the AITIM Quality Certification.

The FSC label or trademark allows to identify the origin of a product, guaranteeing its quality and good managerial practices in its production process. Furthermore, it raises environmental awareness with regard to the sustainability and preservation of natural resources, in this case, woods. The Council develops monitoring procedures and credits certifying agencies worldwide which, in turn, certify wood and plantations by means of specialised technicians.

Bureau Veritas S.A certifies that the Quality Management of Maderas Iglesias meets the requirements established by the international standard ISO 9001:2000.
