The Greenkett guarantee includes the wearing of the superficial layer of the Multilayer Parquet for 25 years from the manufacture date.

This coverage is only valid if the installation has been done in compliance with the instructions enclosed with the product and the parquet is installed in domestic use areas. In any case will this guarantee include parquet installations in wet areas or with sewers, including bathrooms or outdoor installations.

This guarantee will also exclude:

• Indentations, breakages or damage produced by negligence.
• The natural decolouration of wood caused by sunlight or other light sources.
• Moulds or decolouration caused by humidity excess in the subsoil.
• Colour differences between the samples and flooring installed.
• Damage caused by misuse and/ or bad maintenance of the floor, heavy objects, scratches, fire, bumps or severe accidents.

Visible defects (on the floor surface) must be notified before its installation. The manufacturer will not be responsible for the costs stemming from the dissembling of the flawed floor, but will cover the expenses of replacement of the same floor.
