In order to maintain your Greenkett multilayer parquet in the best conditions, just follow these directions:

• Place protection on the legs of mobile pieces of furniture, like tables, chairs, couches, etc. Place mats at the entrances in order to minimise the access of dirt, abrasive materials or water in the shoes.
  
• In passing areas, use carpets to protect the floor. Nevertheless, their use may lead to colour differences due to the effect of light, which can be especially noticeable in sunlit rooms.
  
• Relative humidity should be kept from 45 to 65% in order to avoid contractions and dilations of the floor. In very dry environments, we recommend the use of humidifiers.
  
• Cleaning:
• Use the vacuum cleaner, broom or mop regularly.
• In order to clean a specific stain, use a slightly dampened smooth cloth.
• If it were not enough, use a mild detergent diluted in water.
• Do not use cleaning products containing ammonia, abrasive cleaners or products for cleaning furniture.
